It’s going to be hard not to eat it all
This all-season BBQ chicken casserole is a savory win for dinner, lunch, parties, and Superbowl. Take your favorite baked chicken, leftover barbeque chicken recipe, or store-bought rotisserie chicken (as we did) and put a spin on it by adding some tangy BBQ sauce, creamy sour cream, cheese, scallions, and more. Pair it with your favorite chips, or eat it as is. You’ll be licking your fingers right up!
Sometimes, it can be tough to reinvent classic dishes, and sometimes, it’s easy to get locked into a pattern of preparing the same old dish. As parents, we understand what it’s like to want to make something quick and easy with the desire to liven up food! We also understand what it’s like to go through take-out desensitization – where every take-out order begins to blur and it doesn’t taste as rewarding as it used to. We’re here to help with this easy one-pan meal.
Assembling is easy
This BBQ chicken casserole dish is an excellent go-to for weeknight dinners, but it could also be an awesome potluck dish or a Superbowl/game day/gathering dip. Check out the instructions:
