You’ll Dress as much as you can with this
Let us help you turn that obligatory salad into a favorite go-to with this maple mustard salad dressing. Eating a salad can feel right, but it can also be the least appealing. Some might argue that you should nix the most high-fat fixings and dressings to benefit most from a salad. We understand that sometimes the dressing is what seals the deals and makes a salad so damn tasty!
You’ve had the balsamic fig dressing over and over again. The olive oil alone just isn’t cutting it. You eye those fancy-named dressings on the bottles in the store but after one taste you’re not sold. Nothing comes quite close to the green goddess dressing or the chipotle southwestern ranch that you once had mixed in your restaurant-quality salad.
Okay, so we may not be able to solve everything here. Check out this maple mustard salad dressing, though. It’s easy for many reasons: making it is a cinch, it’s not expensive, and you can make as much or as little as you want. Mustard also has several benefits for health, including reducing inflammation and toxins, and is a great source of folate and manganese according to Dr. Eric Berg. We recommend using this in moderation if you are calorie-conscious.
Super Easy Mix
We highly recommend using a squeeze bottle with a shaker ball if you have them because it will be ready to go right out of the fridge and less dishes to clean! Just pop all of the ingredients into a bowl or squeeze bottle as mentioned and give it a good mix.
